Are memberships tax deductible?
Imagination Station is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Gifts, including membership donations, are tax deductible to the full extent the law allows. Basic membership levels are not considered tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes. Copper, Silver and Gold memberships are considered partially tax-deductible. The amount of membership dues that is deductible is the amount paid minus the fair market value of benefits you are entitled to receive. The fair market value of benefits you are entitled to receive for the Copper, Silver and Gold memberships is currently $100.
Please note that prices and fair market values are subject to change. The information above does not constitute tax advice, and Imagination Station recommends you consult a tax advisor for further information regarding the tax deductible portion of your membership.
