March for Science

As Toledo's Science Center, we are proud to be a partner of the Toledo March for Science. We invite all participants and the community to visit Imagination Station after the march and participate in FREE Teach-in Activities hosted in Imagination Station's lobby.

Seed Necklaces: Learn about capillary action and make a seed necklace to take home! While you are here, check out the large-scale flower model!
Giant Bubbles*: Make larger-than-life bubbles and learn the secret behind our bubble juice recipe.
Graffiti Wall: Have your voice heard by leaving a message about why science is important to you.
Tornado-in-a-Bottle: Meteorologist Kimberly Newman will host a table with weather demonstrations and the NBC 24 WNWO prize wheel.
Global Medical Brigade: The Global Medical Brigade will be on hand with information about their medical mission trips.

After you check out the Teach-in Activities spend your day exploring the science center. All of your favorite attractions like the Boyo, High Wire Cycle and the Distorted Gravity Room will be here along with featured experiences. Parent tip: Lucas County Kids receive free admission into the science center EVERY Saturday. Remember to bring your photo ID to receive your Lucas County discounts.
